Great story!

Thoroughly enjoyed this story! Lots of twists and turns, lots of steam, and with all of the mysterious things going on it keeps the mind engaged. Narration was fantastic. I intend to get the next book in the series right away!

Unpredictably Good!!

This is my first Elena M. Reyes book and I was delightfully surprised. I can usually, almost every single time, predict the outcome or flow of a book. However, this one had me guessing wrong and unable to predict the outcome. It kept me on my toes and needing to know more. It has the mystery, romance, thrills, darkness, blood,....... just everything you can think of in this one book. I definitely recommend to new listeners. I also loved the narrators, they both kept me wanting more.

Twisty suspenseful story

Well this is not what I expected at all! This took a turn and it took me a bit to catch up. There is a lot of scenes in here that do jot make any sense to me so I held out and it all comes to explanation in the end. So this is a story full of secrets and lies with twisty suspense.

I did listen to this on audio. Oliver Highpoint and Lee Daniels are the narrators. Mr Highpoint is a new to me narrator and he does excellent. Lee Daniels did a wonderful job as well. I can easily listen to them both again.

only 1 good thing

the voices reading the book. the only one that I could hear was the lady reader. not sure what was going on with the man reading the book. then the story line was lost. didn't even know what the story was about until the end.

Little Lies

This is the first book in Fate’s Bite series. This is my first Elena M. Reyes book I have read. I loved it. I was completely engrossed from the very beginning. I was shocked at every turn. I can’t wait to start book 2. Oliver Highpoint and Lee Daniels did an absolutely fantastic job narrating this book.

Paranormal Romance

Little Lies by Elena M. Reyes is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Oliver Highpoint and Lee Daniels. This is the first book in the Fate's Bite series.

This is the first book of Elena's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. This is definitely a book you want to go in blind with and I don't want to give anything away and ruin it for anyone.

Oliver and Lee did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like paranormal romances, dark romances, or romantic suspense.

Good Story but it can get confusing

So the story is good but the performance of the narraters make it confusing and here is why.
When the male narrator does the female voice it confuses and turns me off of the story. The female narrator does a decent job with the male voices but the story would have been less confusing and would have brought it to life if the narraters did duet as in all female spots were read by the female narrator and the male does his.
I will most likely just buy the book instead of buying the next one on Audible.

Phenomenal!

I was completely blown away by this story! The mystery really pulled me in and I was desperate to find out every secret this book held! This is dark and a slow burn and I absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend

Sigh

Another story if a weak women and overly protective alpha man. Nothing new. I’m just tired of stories where the women is fragile, scared, weak who always needs the man to swoop in and save her. Even though she has all these powers. It’s just so… BORING.

Intriguing and Mysterious

This was my first Elena M. Reyes audiobook. I was intrigued from the start. This story had thriller stalker vibes with a paranormal romance twist. Gabriella is an up and coming artists who lands a show with the famous Astor Gallery, via a surprised meeting booked by her friend, Elise. When Gabriella and Theo Astor meet, sparks fly and the attraction is instant. This story is full of mystery suspense, violence, some sweet moments, steamy scenes and a few unexpected twists and turns that will shock you. Overall, I enjoyed this audiobook and thought Lee Daniels and Oliver Highpoint were great as Gabriella and Theo. This was my first time listening to these two narrators and they did a fantastic job bringing this story to life. Oliver’s dark, deep tenor was perfect as “King” and Theo. He was able to capture both the darkness and savagery of “King” and the romantic, protective, dominant side of Theo. Lee Daniels as Gabriella was perfect. She really made Gabriella seem both docile and weak but also strong and brave. There was something that felt like the story was missing but overall I did enjoy this audiobook and am excited to find out what happens next.
