Limitless!!

Loved it!!! enjoyed the whole series,,, clean, heart felt and funny. a real feel good read, all four books.

Volume of narration is horrible

I constantly have been changing the volume since the narrator changes how loud they speak between character voices and the actions being described. Gets frustrating. Great story though.

Comfort Romance

They had familiar themes but with new twists. They are easy to anticipate but I loved them.

Would read again

Great character development. Unlikely stories but written in a way you want to root for the unlikely. Wholesome romance I could let my teenagers read.

I liked that h÷e refused to give up, he was willing to do whatever to win her love, not give up.

Enjoyable but repetitive plots

I think separately, the stories would be fun. But all 4 together is overwhelming. Each guy is ‘super hunky’. Both the guy and gal are too dense to see what’s in front of their faces. Constant miscommunications and ridiculous assumptions. By the end, I just fast forwarded to the end because I couldn’t take another ‘oh no, he/she must love someone else (or wants out of the relationship) because of xyz conversation filled with incorrect assumptions’. It’s too much.

Fun easy romance

It was easy to follow with likable characters and a
sweet romance that made me want to read each book in the series as soon as I finished the last. It was nice that they had them all in a connected set.

Good Story

I loved how the 4 couples tied in together in separate but unifying ways.

Not Bad but not the best either

Ok, love the fact I got all the books for one credit. That was a totally awesome deal. Right now I'm on a clean kick so I'm finding it hard to find good stories. For what it is the books in this set are pretty good. The only issue I have is that I dislike stories that the whole story can basically be resolved with one conversation. The endless dialog running in the characters' heads about the issue at hand. Or, talking about the issue endlessly with everyone but the one person that can resolve the issue. That being said that was only the basis for the last book, and side issues for the other books. All in all the books are interesting, engaging, and completely sex free. If you are looking for a non-YA book that will not make your ears burn then this is a good choice. I would just recommend not listening to the last book because it is just a bunch of whining about people being in love with other people even though they are in love with each other. So basically the whole book was a big misunderstanding that kept being interrupted by other people when they finally get the cajones to tell each other that they love each other and the heroine not accepting that the person she loves actually loves her.

The narration is ok not the best but still not bad. So it's an average listen with an average reader.

Exceeded all expectations...

I downloaded the stories not realizing fully what they were about and I am glad I did. I don't know if I would have downloaded the series had I realized the protagonists had a disability and I would've missed out on 4 great books. You don't think while you listen to these stories that it is about a blind man or a gentleman with CF. Instead they were just amazing love stories that were fully fleshed out with meaning, a little bit of comedy, creative twists, and were easy to listen too. I loved that there was no crazy sex that I had to worry about. I could just have it play in my office or at home and not worry about kids or coworkers walking in on the story. It was good writing plain and simple if you're looking for something good and simple to listen too.
