Practical book

Practical information which can be applied to daily life. This books puts challenge on the way you think, act and form habits over time and ultimately how all these things hold you back. Not on my top 20 book list or anything but got it for free with the included perk and thought to give it a go. Definitely worth listening to even when buying for full price.

It was stellar. I did not find much use for the exercises, in the physical world, however, I can still apply them elsewhere.
Thus, I would like you to know that this book selivered me from a depressed rut of many, many years. I hope to read more from you and yours. Happy hunting! :)

worth a second read

This book reframes your reality in a new way of thinking. It teaches you to be more objective and yet realise that you cannot be more objective therefore making you more objective in a strange way.

What I Needed When I Needed It

Wonderful audiobook. It’s enlightening and reaffirms so much of what I know and believe. I imagine it could be even more eye opening to someone who is just starting out on their journey of self-improvement and change. Woren does an excellent job of narrating — his voice is soothing and reassuring, much like the content of this book.
