Beautiful story

Everything I’ve read by this author is so beautifully written, and this is no different. It’s not your typical MM romance while simultaneously being everything you love about MM romance. All the feels, and so spicy!

Incredible story & narration

Scarlett Drake never misses with her writing or her audiobooks! These narrators are perfect, and I'm so happy to hear fresh voices instead of the same ones we always hear in MM books. And those 🌶 scenes... 🫠🥵💀🔥 Everyone needs to listen to this!

Beautiful and well written

5/5 stars all around. A beautiful and engaging story that’s very well rounded and written. I honestly liked this book better than Hamartia, which is the first book I read from this author. Now I can’t wait to read more! Narration was also 10/10, the accents were on point and it was easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Nico & Felix 💕

This book was utter perfection! Scarlett thank you for writing this beautiful story that takes place in the ballet world. Her attention to detail was magnifique! I am so happy that I waited for the audiobook, Nathan & Harley were the perfect choices. Sweet, snarky & spicy, with a well deserved HEA. You can’t help but fall in love with this pair. Going on my list of all time favorite books.

Fabulous Experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! I binged the first 8 hours on a solo road trip, and let me tell you that I’ve never had a case of highway hypnosis this bad! I hadn’t listened to an audiobook in several years, and I feel like I’ve started at the apex; everything will surely be downhill from here. Okay, maybe that is a bit unreasonable, but when I first heard samples of this, I knew this would be absolutely stellar, and it is!!! Producer Cara James and narrators Harley Chase and Nathan Wolfe brought Drake’s book to life! I truly loved this book when I eyeball read it last month, but this listening experience illuminated perspectives I hadn't considered and brought so much dimension to the story that I could not anticipate.This isn’t just narrated; these two voice boys acted the heck out of this story. Every joke landed hard and had me laughing, every spicy scene had me contemplating whether I should pull over, and I even cried - Y’all, I don’t cry! This was an absolutely fantastic listening experience from start to finish, so excited to listen again soon!

PERFECTION

When I tell you that this is the BEST audiobook I have EVER had the pleasure of listening to, it's not an exaggeration. I love Limerence but hearing it brought to life by Harley Chase and Nathan Wolfe was a truly delightful experience. The way their voices made the switch between characters seamless is a lesson for all audiobook producers. Sometimes, separately narrators are great but don't pair well in a dual narration because the change in voice can feel jarring for the listener. This is not the case with Harley and Nathan. They bring Felix and Nico's emotions out so beautifully and things I really liked in the book turned into moments I absolutely adore in the audio. Scarlett Drake is a truly gifted author and hearing yet another one of her books be done so well in audio is a gift to her readers. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing

This is one of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to! Both narrators were absolutely fantastic!!

Scarlett Drake knows how to tell an amazing story!!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this story… This is probably one of the most perfect reads I ’ve read since her last book lol both the MMC‘s are extremely lovable and likable. I even loved Christian lol I really wish they would’ve had Christian knockout Felix‘s father though… but that’s just me.

The cast was flawless. Everything was flawless!!! All the stars!!!!

There aren’t enough words in the English language

I JUST read Limerence last month, and I will now be listening to this audiobook on repeat for the foreseeable future. Enemies-to-lovers is my favorite trope, and this rivalry [between Felix and Nico] to-lovers story just hit all the right spots.

Honestly, there are not enough words in the English language to express how much I ADORE Scarlett’s incredible writing/storytelling, as well as the exceptional performances by both narrators, Nathan & Harley.

While you may think you’ve heard all the best audiobooks out there, Cara swoops in with her magic and somehow orchestrates the perfect duo to bring this delicious story to our ears. Seriously, stop reading this and start listening.

These Narrators….This Story….

How do I put into words how much I love this book? Scarlett Drake is an auto-buy/auto-read author for me. The journeys that she takes characters on, the way she allows them to be human and flawed and yet still worthy of love blows me away. That is every single one of her books. Felix and Nico were one of my favorite pairs of hers. Her choice of narrators to bring this story to life are EVERYTHING. Nathan Wolfe was the perfect Felix. The emotional range, the way he brought him to life? Perfection! I need to hear him again and again. I am also new to Harley Chase as Nico? Are we serious right now? Their performances were amazing - but were only possible because of Drake’s story telling leading the way. This is an automatic re-listen for me. A comfort read/listen that I didn’t see coming. The banter, the emotions, the fire…You need to listen to this. And if it’s your first Scarlett Drake journey? Welcome - there are two others for you to devour. If you have been here awhile? You already KNEW how good this would be.
