Cleans up towards the end

I loved the 1st book and I like this one too. However, with that said this book starts out a little scrappy as far as pulling points together that will allow further enjoyment of later chapters. Once through that things start to coalesce and the book becomes again an enjoyable read. Bronson P. Is amazing as usual with his narration abilities.

Loved this entry, love the series.

A great read as always, I loved all the characters, the kids and Emit especially. Can't wait for book 3.

The Wheel Turns...

I have never reviewed a book before. And do not plan on starting now. I just loved this book and the first one. It’s creepy and just fun. To me it’s Sons of Anarchy meets X-Files with a little Stephen King all mixed together. There is one baddie who reminds me of The Dark Man Randel Flag. And a gang of Pennywise / Violent Jay/Shaggy 2 Dope wannabes. Put don’t let that stop you. I can’t wait for the next book. The Wheel Turns...

Wow, this was as good if not better than the first book! This time the Brotherhood is dealing with supernatural dealing along the rail system and killer clowns! Hey, I think clowns are creepy enough but but them in a forest with axes and chasing people, now I am really creeped out! There are so many layers to the story with characters dealing with different issues but they eventually come together. All of it is so well thought out. Characters are so well developed, plot with many twists and turns, the world building is terrific!
The narrator is fantastic! He makes the story really pop! He is excellent! He is a man of a million voices!
I loved this series!

The Brotherhood is Back!!

This series has really grown on me. I bought "Brother of the Wheel" as an impulse buy & really enjoyed it. I've enjoyed the character growth of Heck & Max. I am really curious to see where Mr. Belcher is going to take them. There were a lot of threads of story & a slew of characters & I wondered how everything would tie together, again Mr. Belcher does a wonderful job mixing the supernatural with highways, byways & now the rail. I even loved the Laytham Ballard reference. I do hope that we won't have to wait too, too long for the next installment. I would also love to create a playlist for all the music that is used in both book.

Thoroughly Enjoyable

I highly recommend to anyone that loves great urban fantasy. And it's narrated by one of the best in the business.

WORTH THE WAIT! 7 stars!

l have read 1000's of books in 50 yrs and this series is the first EVER to remind me of Stephen King's GUNSLINGER series and The Talisman. The plots have nothing in common in general but the feelings they generate are the same. It's the characters and the themes. PLEASE KEEP WRITING. I think you will become as legendary as the amazing Mr. King for suspense, great comrades and good people overcoming great odds to beat evil together. Not to mention a great plotline! If I could I'd give it 6 stars!!

Bronson Pinchot is one of the top 3 readers out there!! He brings a 7th star to these great books. NIGHT DAHLIA AND GOLGATHA are in the wings...they were incredible as well.

I love the Brotherhood

I love all books by RS Belcher, but I had a few issues with this one. First, I found it really annoying that the author let everyone know what was on the radio at least 3 times a chapter. I don’t need to know, I don’t want to know. Also, in the audiobook Heck’s accent is very distracting.
