This book will help you to consume your fat. All the standard warnings are there, but then some really good tips for setting your goals and staying motivated. Essential guidelines
I have experienced the effects of intermittent fasting, the advice given in this book will greatly improve one's health. This book was a perfect simplification of the basis of insulin function, diabetes, and how to get onto the ketogenic diet. A very comprehensive and meaningful book
What I liked about this book is the detailed information on all aspects of health and fitness and diet. I am very interested in this topic and listening to this audiobook was incredibly easy and all-encompassing. In my opinion, the author is incredibly educated on these subjects. I highly recommend this book for anyone that’s looking to lose weight anyone looking to build muscle and anyone who has an illness. Very useful!
I really like this book. It has a long introductive part explaining all you need to know about keto (how to substitute ingredients, what to order at the restaurant, shopping list, different keto options....) and the second part of the book is rich in nice recipes. The content is excellent in the recipes are good. However, if you're not ready to really dive into keto, you should probably buy the five-ingredient keto book instead.

Fantastic book set! Lol, are of information not only about the keto diet but on how it specifically can work with your changing hormones after menopause. Includes introducing intermittent fasting to boost your results. Includes a bunch of recipes! Book 2 focuses on meal prep so you can be successful even if you're super busy! Great Resource!
Loved the keto meal prep tips. Tons of Recipes and gives options to customize keto for you. The attention to detail is phenomenal. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High-Fat eating. I really appreciated the science in this book. There are meal plans as well which can be really helpful when you first start this kind of diet. I would definitely recommend it.

Useful cookbook
I liked this cookbook and I am glad to have such recipes on my Kindle to use when I need them. I finally felt like someone sees me, and doesn't put me into one bucket of all women who could be helped with one magic pill - which is never the case and will never be able to happen! I recommend this book for those who are interested in the Keto lifestyle.

I like the recipes. I already have a Keto cookbook but want another, so I bought this one for more recipes. The recipes are easy to. What's not to like? This book has a lot of info on beginning the Keto Diet.
