Easier way to be healthy
This is a great book for anyone looking to embrace the ketogenic lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed. As someone completely new to keto, this book made the entire process simple, enjoyable, and, most importantly, delicious!
The recipes are fantastic—easy to follow, packed with flavor, and made with ingredients I can find pretty easily. I loved how the book covers everything from hearty breakfasts to yummy desserts, so I never felt deprived. The section on snacks and beverages was a pleasant surprise and gave me great ideas for keeping hunger at bay.
