Loved it
M. Merin is a new author to
me and I am surprised I have not come across them before.
Jasper is President of The Northern Grizzlies MC and had hugs hands full as tensions between rival MC’s escalate.
When he comes across Emma who has been betrayed, he takes her in.
What he doesn’t count on is the domino effect and the complications that arise.
I enjoyed their journey as their relationship developed and it was great to watch the growth of both Jasper and Em.
Narrated by Tor Thom and Fiona Clarke, they brought all the steam, drama, and romance to their performances. Their voices brought the characters and story to life for me and were easy to listen too.

Love new authors!
There is nothing better than getting to hear a new author! This is my first M Merin story and I can't wait to hear more of this series! Jasper happens upon Emma's body on the side of the road. Badly injured, he and Gunner take her to their home. Or should I say Jasper's murder house! A history that is filled with tragedy, Emma is ready to keep moving. But Jasper has other plans. Will she stay? Will she be safe? This is filled with tragedy and happiness. Merin finds the best in Jasper, the good, bad boy that he is and his fierce love, tenderness and protectiveness makes him the best man. Emma is broken, in need of a stable home and people around her that love her. It's the best of all worlds adding in that bit of danger and betrayal along with a fabulous love story. Loved it!
Tor Thom and Fiona Clare are so good together, their chemistry is evident. With this couple they find a balance as Jasper realizes what he wants and Emma finds her safe place. I loved their voices, the duet style and the emotions from anger to love making this a fabulous listen.
