There's great information in this book, but it's hard to keep up with sometimes. Try listening at a slower speed. I listened to the whole book this way.

One of the best books I ever read on people!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I learned a lot! Being on my own self-development journey for the last 15 years plus being a certified life coach; I didn’t think it was so much more information about people that I didn’t know or better yet; not applying to my life and relationships. Thanks Vanessa for answering to the call and putting this masterpiece together to help us help others as we help ourselves. I will be reading and/or listening to this book again.

So good I didn’t want it to end!

This book will change your life! Jam packed with super useful tools to implement right away, more skills that will take to to grasp and get good at but very worth the effort, and all kinds of resources made available on her website to further your learning and understanding. Narrated by the author herself una friendly and conversational tone that is very pleasant to listen to, almost feels like hanging out with your bestie. Two thumbs up!

Vanessa's narration and content kept me engaged and interested throughout the whole book. I find myself to be an outgoing person and found her tips/insight useful for making new connections/strengthening existing connections.
