Intentional Health is fabulous!
I am so grateful for this book and for Dr. Deepak Chopra interviewing the author and recommending it.
It feels to me like Dr. Chiti has just written a book about my last three years of experience, studying and knowledge.
She put her thoughtfully chosen words in extremely easy ways to understand for any young person or adult seeking to improve their quality of life and that of their family and friends who are open to a shift in conditioning.
I have a feeling she will be able to assist her colleagues and their patients too. Abundantly well done.

I follow all of the current longevity doctors and this book is literally the best I have come across in the last several years, tying together current science and ancient practices into a very understandable approach.
