This book is even better than it's title.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The advise is logical, simple and makes a compelling argument.

What other book might you compare Inbound Marketing to and why?

I would not compare this to another book. Other books give a similar message however, this books is constructed far more logically.

What three words best describe Erik Synnestvetd’s performance?

A little mechanical

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

A film would not do justice to this book. A podcast would be better.

really great book from The HubSpot originator Dev guy!

this book goes into great details about efficiently gaining new clients. it's unbelievable to think that it pioneered some of the modern sales terminology like funnels or leads

Basic foundation

It was an interesting book. Good for the beginner to inbound marketing. I did get some good nuggets of information. And it was a good reminder of things I should be doing and reinforced many of the strategies I am already doing.

Great book! The inside SEO trade secretes the “SEO” professionals don’t want you to know.

This book was very well written and to the piont about how to hire and what to look for in your SEO life. The narrator voice was perfect for the material and not pompous at all. If anyone didn’t like this book or thought the narrator was pompous I could only guess that they are in SEO business and have taken offense to the authors position on how to hire and what to ask for in an SEO guru before handing your money over.

I read the book several years ago and loved. After getting a new marketing position I went back to the book to freshen up.

Keep a notebook handy....you're going to need it!!

Educational & Motivating. I had pages and pages of notes full of ideas by the time the book was finished. Since then, I've re-listened 3 more times and taken Hubspot's Inbound Marketing Certification course....which is the perfect next step after completing this book. I am extremely confident in the direction I want to take with my marketing approach.

It's well narrated and easy to listen to. The bookmark feature will be very useful!

Very Practical , Well-Written

What did you love best about Inbound Marketing?

At the end of each chapter, they summarized exactly what steps to take.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Inbound Marketing?

The explanations of google reader, Rss feeds and twitter.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It gave a very good summary of what someone needed to look at to hire a digital marketer and also gave advice to those looking into the field as to what they need to have and do. 3 hours day for the next 3 months and results will happen.

Any additional comments?

I would like the authors to supply a pdf file with the names of the websites they mentioned and also a written file of the end of chapter steps to take.

A great book, even for experienced marketers

I'm an experienced digital marketer, but this was a great book to remind about fundamentals, motivate to make new habits and practices, and grow my online reach.

Good but dated..

Great information, but some of the content is now dated and irrelevant, but the principles are strong.

Out of date but informative

Really only good for an absolute beginner and the information is dated back to 2009. It’s hardly relevant but there are basic steps that work for most people in getting started.

It’s a very short read so that works in its favor.
