Eight-year-old Bailey has spent most of her young life in a hospital. She is beginning to lose faith that she will ever be well again and desperately prays for an angel to help her. Soon, Bailey befriends an old grumpy maintenance man (Henry Pepperknopf), and they both begin an epic journey when Bailey opens the cover of a book that Henry created for her.

An incredible adventure for young and old. A tale of courage, faith, friendship, and love unfolds as Henry and Bailey fight for their survival while confined to a hospital and unspeakable darkness that is determined to overtake them. They both discover their strengths and weaknesses as they help each other face their fears. absolutely incredible

Nothing like i expcted !! What a beautiful story , heartwarming and suspensfull with twist and turns all through the story! I thaught it was going to be a book being read by a single person but instead it was a full cast iof actors and actresses just like characters in a motion picture. The sound and special effects were just like being in the movie theatre. The sound was exelent quality and i could easily imagine what i could not see because of what i heard. I look forward to more books like this one. Truly enjoyable for the whole family and freedome from sitting in front of the television. definately something to enjoy during long trips in the car, i was finally able to see the kids enjoy something other then video games and devices and again, looking forward to seeing what is coming next!!! Great job!!

Wonderful experience!

This was my first time to listen to a book that had full cast narration. I loved it. The story of the relationship between Bailey and Henry was beautiful. They both needed each other to heal from what life had thrown their way.

Where does I'm Broken rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have listened to audiobooks. I have heard full-cast audiobooks. I loved this. I felt like I was there. I will listen to this several times. A great across town listen.

What did you like best about this story?

The sound. The sound is incredible in my car and buds. Very professional. I played it at home through our Sonos system, and no one moved. It was almost comical.

Which character – as performed by full cast – was your favorite?

I love four characters. Bailey, her sarcasm, and outlook. Henry, like what have I got myself into? David makes me think of Frank on MASH, and the Beast. Great effects!

If you could rename I'm Broken, what would you call it?

It is a perfect name. I can not think of a better title.

Any additional comments?

It was too short. I wanted more. The price compensated for the length, so I am not disappointed at all. Please keep them coming.

A suspenseful, high quality production with great voice-acting. A good family-friendly book everyone will enjoy.

Breath of Fresh Air

This book is amazing! In this world we live in you have to be so careful of what your children listen to. I absolutely LOVE when I can sit down with my 13 year old son and listen to something that I don’t have to end up turning off. We recently took a road trip and listened on the way to our destination and my son was completely captivated. On the way back home 2 days later, he asked to listen again. I give this book an absolute A+. I highly recommend this and will be waiting anxiously for the next one by this author. We also LOVE this whole new Bridgebook concept!
