I love this book! I had a hard time in high school also. I love that the author, Helena wrote this character’s story this way because a lot of people go through so much in high school too! The romance of it It was hot! *waving hand in front of face* 🤤

ALL THE HEART EYES. This book made me laugh, cry, get a little angry at the FMC because the MMC is PERFECT.

Love, love, love!

I had so many feelings while reading this story. It’s full of moments with the girlfriend group, hockey teammates, growing up trauma, a strong female main character, the kindest alpha male character, lots of laughs and the grandest gestures. I laughed out loud, cried at tender times and in pure happy times.

If you love strong women, sweet guys, the best friend group, workplace romance, snarky banter, a fun group of supporting characters, seggsy times (whew!) and plot twist endings check this one out. It’s book three in a new favorite series for me.

Hooked on this series...

First of all, I loved Dallas & Hemi. I can also relate to Hemi on a professional level, what she goes through hits close to home. Dallas' endless devotion and love for Hemi are so incredibly sweet. I am awaiting the next in the series for sure.

Andi Arnt and Stephen Dexter did a great job, as well. I always enjoy Andi, she's a rock star for sure. Stephen is relatively new to me and I enjoyed his narration.

Dallas & Hemi have stolen my heart!!

This audio is CHEF's KISS okay!! Andi Arndt couldn't give a terrible performance if she tried, and she was FANTASTIC as Hemi!! All her bad b**** boss energy with a side of softness was impeccable! Stephen Dexter as Dallas? SWOONING! Seriously, one of his best performances in my opinion! He did an incredible job bringing Dallas and his down bad for Hemi self to life! LOVED IT!

Now book/story: HELENA HUNTING WHAT DID YOU PUT IN THESE TWO?! I absolutely fell in love with Dallas from the first page! He was so down bad for Hemi, even when she couldn't stand him! Like, had been down bad for YEARS for her, and bless his soul, I just loved the way he loved her! He was trying so hard to make up for his younger self, and protect Hemi at every turn! I wasn't sure if Tristan could be pushed out of the top spot for the Terrors,,,but Dallas is putting in WORK to get that spot lol!!! And I mean, the man loves to EAT, blessss him & his mouth if you know what I mean hehe!

And Hemi?! My LAWD did I feel for her! She was a total baddie, boss, & so many wanted to bring her down for that energy?! It made me so angry on behalf of her...Like that one guy in the office? Infuriating!!! & the high school bullies?? They can get in line too, all because they couldn't handle her energy! As I said, I felt for her and just wanted to hug her because all she wanted was to be accepted & loved for who she is, and it took her a minute, but Dallas was THAT MAN!

This series just continues to get better and better, and I have loved every single second of all of these characters and their stories. The love, the FRIENDSHIP, the laughs, the tears, all of it! I never want it to end!

Another great one!

I liked everything about this story. The writing, the narration, all of it. I laughed, cried and even yelled at a couple of characters. Looking so forward to the next story!😃

Great story

Another winner from Helena Hunting. The only thing that could make this better is duet narration instead of duel but they did a great job!

Loved this one!! Tix and Tristan were hard to pass but this one was wonderful!

Loved it

Of the three books in the series this is my favorite so far. The glimpses we get of Dallas and Wils in the other two books set of the plot of this book perfectly. Andi Arndt was terrific, and the male narrator really caught the dearness of Dallas’s personality and love for her.

I love all the awkwardness!

All the freaking amazing awkwardness! I absolutely loved it! Helena Hunting has a unique way of making her characters real. The big burly types brought down by the awkwardness of being human. I love the push and pull of these characters as they work through their feelings both loathing and love. The situations they walk through and how they work with each other was absolutely wonderful to read. The narrators did an amazing job bringing these characters to life in all the awkwardness that they are.
