Great series

I love all of Marks work and can't wait for the next book to come out and I love listening to his podcast

Great book, really gets you to think.

I really liked the lack of foul language. Makes me think of where I'm lacking in my preps.

Beautifully narrated story. It engages your imagination to what could be a realistic occurrence.

Best book yet!!

His best work yet! A good story that brings tough subject matter to life in a thoughtful way. The thought of such things is scary but there is a heart and purpose to this story that provides a hope to it. i recommend this book and look forward to the next chapter!!

An Incredible Story Continues...

Mark Goodwin continues his incredible story with its second book. I could not put it down, having to listen until I couldn't stay awake and then listen to the end this next day.

wish book 3 was available. now, I would 2 b first.

The 2nd book is so much better than the first. There is much more meat to the story and the different characters become more endearing. There is quite a bit of quoting of Bible scriptures. It didn't bother me but some may not like it. I enjoyed how the scriptures were used each chapter as an introduction to that chapter's content. Only one maybe two were read each chapter. There was some great prepping ideas but was not the whole story. I thought it was pretty realistic as far as the different situations the group had to work through. Very exciting and very suspenseful. I enjoyed it enough I didn't want it to end and here's why it didn't get five stars. The 3rd book is not available yet to listen to. If it comes within the month I'm ok, but after that I start forgetting details and have to go back and review the previous book. While I'm waiting I will have listened several other books, depending how long it takes. Other than that a great story, fantastic narrator and a book I definitely recommend!

Writers could take lessons from this writer. Making your point without one swear word. Kevin Pearce is always great.

I love this series, it's just enough apocalyptic mix of fiction with prophetic biblical fiction that I have truly enjoyed this series and if you like Apocalyptic fiction stories you will love this book too!

while there are many sober spots, there are some comical relief points. they can't all survive, but you sure have to root for them.
