I read and listen to a lot of program about weight loss and diet. Some are incredible and some are not effective for me. I am going to follow the tips in this audio book and wish me luck. The exact author's strategy are awesome and easy to follow! Sharing this to my gym buddy, my husband and partner in life too.

This book is perfect for me!
I don't really liked my body now, fat and bloated. So when my friend asked me to try tips from the book. I decided to buy this. First, I really liked this book since the narrator has a great voice and his tone is perfect to the theme of the book. Second, it's provided effective tips that will make you sexy after 90 days. Awesome! :)

It is really a dream to be fit and smart always. This book has some useful tips including diet and exercises which will help you to be fit and smart for a long time. I have started working on the guidelines given by the author already. So, grab this book.

I have not gotten the print version but the audiobook version serves its purpose when I exercise.

The most memorable moment was the thoroughness and details compacted in this 90 day challenge.

Yes, I actually listen to this when I'm on the treadmill or in a bike when I exercise. It's good motivation and keeps me going.

An awesome book for someone like me who wanna be thin or loose weight quick. No just quick, but not making me a hard time.. or hard to do. But with Dan Howe's tips and guide i think its really a great help. It encourage me more to do it better. This is good self-helped book must kept in your shelf as a good reference! This is worth a 5 star!

What did you love best about I Can Make You Thin for Life?

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
In learning how to lose over 30, 50, 100, even 250 pounds or more without ever lifting a finger to work out. And much about loosing weight and its secret.

You'll discovered the most effective weight loss program ever devised. Very precised and easy to understand and follow with hard, complicated but yet helpful and useful strategies in loosing weight. For me it's very effective as long as you motivate and encourage yourself! Love it!

Awesome!
There are many paid plan eat in the market that are quite expensive but this book gave justice to it! the 90 day plan or concept presented in this book is something worth while to try at a good price. It is easy to follow and with this will definitely be fitter for life if i get used to it.
