helps me sleep
It was impossible to find a program that plays for 8 hours until now. Restful sleep with positive imagery. Can't say it's caused me to lose weight so far. But my attitude certainly changed. Now motivated to eat better and exercise more. Highly recommend.

Very limited book tape
Most of the download is goofy I guess supposed to be subliminal relaxation music and sounds. I was surprised that so much of it was this sort of dead air time.
