Outstanding book

This book is outstanding, it gives a simple strategy if you have financial discipline, will and patience to pay off a home loan early.

interesting strategies, but not for everyone!

this seems to be a good, quick listen, but this book would be better read in print, so that you could go back to the explanations and compare them to your current situation. It's difficult to envision the actual procedures used in each of these strategies mentioned while only listening.
