Learning to be kind to myself

I’ve listening to this books and understanding a lot of things that are happening to me. I will naturally try to support my needs and address anything that is needed to my doctors when I go. For now, being kind to myself is a priority, if I feel confident in my care, I will be able to take care of my family as well. This book will help you in your journey I’m sure.

Amazing!!! Recommended ready for anyone in their early 40s

I’m 41 and it think I got this just in time to be prepared for the changes. I am beginning to see some of the symptoms, and know that it’s part of this transition helps. I want to gift it to all the women in my circles. Specially those in denial, this would give you tons of helpful information.
