Short but "packs a punch!"
This short audiobook has an amazing amount of info about boxing. I knew very little about it before listening, and now i feel like I know more than the average person, and definitely enough to have an informed discussion about it. The book covers everything from the history of boxing, to how it's done, the different types (who knew there were types?!), what equipment you'll need to get started, benefits of taking up boxing, and more. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the time just flew by. I recommend this book to anyone with an interest in the topic!

Wow !!!!
Wow! In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator breaks down the sport of boxing for everyone. I've been wanting to step into the sport myself for a long time and this audiobook does a great job of overviewing the basics and building confidence for the next step.
I've been a lifelong boxing fan and my favorite boxer is Floyd "Money" Mayweather - he went 50-0 and is regarded by many as the greatest boxer who ever lived because of his incredible defense and technical skills! I will never be Floyd, but this audiobook has made me appreciate the sport even more - Highly Recommend!

Other than occasionally watching boxing on TV and wondering whether I was related to Ricky Hatton, I really didn't know much about the sport. this book can give you a clear idea if the sport of boxing is for you! In addition, it includes terminology, history of the sport, and even quotes from some of the most famous boxers in the world, which makes listening to this audiobook interesting and entertaining to anyone who wants to learn about boxing, even if they decide that taking up the sport is not the right thing for them. for those who do want to box, there's details on equipment and styles of boxing. So whether you want to start learning to box, you have a child or significant other interested in boxing, or you just want to learn a little more about the sport, this book is a must listen!

Packed with great information
This is such a great listen. My son and I listened to this together and his only critique was that it was over once it turned off. He’s been training in martial arts since he was 5 years old and wants to continue on that journey into a career as he gets older. He said he thought he knew everything about boxing but was surprised to learn about the rooster weight class.
This audiobook reads very well and we both learned a lot. Definitely recommend!
