Get the actual paper book

I thought the paper version of this book was so good, I wanted the audio version so I could listen to the meditations and other exercises. Alas, though the narrator is fine for many books, I don't find her voice relaxing enough to be good for meditation.

Where’s the .pdf?

Good book.

It's a bit frustrating when the narrator mentions the .pdf and you don't have it and can't find it. I even spent some time online trying to find it from different sources. Maybe it's a test to practice self-compassion. Anybody know where to find the .pdf? I would appreciate the help.

Also the narrator is a bit robotic. I find it a bit distracting.
