Powerful and engaging
This book helped me to connect the dots between my behavior and different aspects of my personality in order to see under the surface what I demonstrated as a confident person, but inside was hiding as a people pleaser and unpopular teenager. Guide for buildup of personality.
It was a very enjoyable experience to listen to this masterpiece. This book provides useful background information on the concepts of confidence and building it. This book gives you a positive boost on your journey to become more confident. It's half informational and part inspirational. A hint: it's not a fixed quality of character; rather, it's a skill that may be developed.
Additionally, I would want to thank the narrator for choosing such a fantastic audiobook.

Life as an Adult
When I became an adult, I felt confident that I knew how to become a great adult. At school and church, we have been told not to lie, not to steal, or get offended. I tried my best to follow all the advice, but in reality, there will always be people who make mistakes, and nobody reminded me that there is professional help, and I can learn how to be confident; we have it in us. I like the information that I am learning from this audiobook; it has great facts and advice.

Very useful book to build confidence
This book offers a variety of examples and suggestions you can use to build confidence in a useful and practical way. It offers practical exercises and advice that will help you be successful. It will help you identify your most prominent anchors and what your need to achieve that happiness you have been chasing. Providing useful strategies and exercises we can use to prevent this negative behavior from achieving the goals we want in our lives. Interestingly, so many of us struggle with self-esteem issues, and until we become aware of that fact, nothing changes. Few things kill confidence more than acting and reacting like a victim. Even if you think you're confident enough, you will learn something from this book. Confidence is so important, and it is often overlooked. This book had so many ways to reach your goals and stop people pleasing. This covers everything from unspoken fears & negative self-talk to choosing goals and leveling up to your full potential. I highly recommend this book to anyone that struggles with confidence.
