So second disclaimer: I had to use a credit to pay for this audiobook because I accidentally grabbed the UK audible code and because I don’t live in uk I didn’t actually have an account with audible uk to connect to my app.
Now on to my review
This Book Hoodoo for life has many similarities between its sister books : Hoodoo for beginners, Hoodoo for love and Prosperity, Hoodoo for War and peace.
And although some passages are repeated word for word, the introduction story and the works are Updated and VERY different.
Did you know you can use orange peel and a white candle to help a person who is interested commit to you?
Or a use two lodestone magnetic sand whisky vervain oil transparent jar and anointing oil to shift someone from seeing you in friendship to lover?
Or that you can use a sweet potato to sweeten a long term romantic relationship after it has lost the ardor of young love as time passes?
Works such as these and many others strike the difference between the amount and types of workings versus the first sister novels that were previously available . When it comes to the works made available and self reported case studies attached it does help to lend understanding and an ability to predict how the works you choose to do can effect others
On an ontological level it is interesting and made me further invested, HOWEVER my main gripe with this author and a few others is that I can never be certain they are who they say they are.
Especially with the advent of Ai and how quickly it can write a novel, an author especially in metaphysical/occult/astrological/energy healing circles really does require a connection to a lineage . Receiving this information is nice, just as information, but the spirit of understanding which is gained and granted through lineage, practice and work is what allows us as practitioners to place our trust in authors who allow us to read their work,
Without the author publicly speaking about who they are and where they’re from I can’t in good faith recommend this book because there are levels of understanding that can only be gained by sitting at the feet of our elders and listening, that is what I hope to get a glimpse of when ingesting these novels .
I would’ve appreciated a level of connectedness to the points made in each sister novel to this new rewrite tome “hoodoo for life “however I am pleased with this being a more collective work and look forward to other types of novels and author reveals in the future.
I would love in addition to hoodoo for life, an authentic invitation into THE life of Angelie Belard who I hope is Hoodooing their way via their lineage as expressed in these collected works.

I also appreciate that the material is presented in an ethical manner with enough warnings about proceeding with some of the more complex works to hopefully give the reader/listener/practitioner some things to sincerely consider before moving forward.
My reason for 4 stars is because of the exaggerated accent in the first book and also because the audio was inconsistent throughout as to the level of volume. It was mostly normal, but there were quite a few spots where the sound would suddenly drop way down or increase a bit higher for a few seconds, which was a little strange when listening through my air pods on spatial audio! Gave me a slight dizzy feeling. LOL
Overall, I liked this audiobook enough to purchase a hard copy of it as well, so I can more easily refer back to it when I want to.
I will be on the lookout for more from Ms. Angelie Belard.
