Suspense, Spice, and a HEA!

Okay, Jason Clarke's voice was perfection for this one!! The dual narration gave it so much life. I have been enjoying this series so very much! I like how each Voss brother has their own darkness, but are all in for their ladies. I have been so curious about Nero from what we've seen in previous books. I love what P Rayne did with his story, and the retelling of Cinderella in this one. I liked Cinder, and I liked her interactions with those around her. I liked the forbidden nature of their relationship, and how it all plays out. Something I really appreciated about this one, was how honest Nero was with Cinder. I loved that he was straight up about his past and his stalking tendencies. This one had a lot going on and took us on a real journey. It was also nice to see all the fmcs friendly with each other! I love that in a series. And let's not forget that P Rayne is bringing the spice in these ones! It is definitely a steamy series, and I cannot wait for book 4!!

Cinderella gone wild!! ✨️ This book was a retailing but with a ton of twists and turns you won't want to put down. Cinder is a stripper and a bartender and of course has a horrible step mother and sisters. Nero Voss, isn't your typical prince charming, he's more like your Dark "naughty" knight. He has secrets and is a major stalker but with a big heart. Always there, ready to save the day or make you scream his name!

The spice was HOT 🔥 didnt see any of that coming... Midnight Whisper is book 3 of Midnight Manor but can be read as a standalone. I'm definitely hooked and now need to go listen to the other books. P. Rayne did an excellent job with this fun rollercoaster!

Jason Clarke was the perfect choice for this narration and so was Callie Dalton.

The way I freaken DEVOURED this book! And can't wait to get to the other books in the series. I read the trope lists for this book and was so eager to dive in I skipped over the first two, but I will without a doubt be going back. Especially after getting a glimpse into their relationship in this book! I need more of the Voss brothers.

Nero was perfectly grumpy which is one of my favorite performances Jason does! And without a doubt he nailed this one! P. Rayne did such an incredible job with how she had their relationship unfold. It was definitely a Cinderella re-telling, but she gave us so much more. Probably my favorite re-telling I've ever read! Callie Dalton performed Cinder. And my gosh the way I have missed her in my ears! Its been far too long. And she absolutely didn't disappoint. She leaned into Cinder's vulnerable yet feisty side so well! I loved how adventurous Cinder was even after everything she had been through. P. Rayne new what she was doing when she cast this book, for sure!

I cant wait to get to the rest of this series! This one was such a short and fun listen! I highly recommend it!

Nero is a protector. Cinder needs protecting.
But both have secrets, even tho Nero slowly reveals his secrets. Cinder's secrets could be a reason for the end.

Midnight Whispers

Book #3 of the series’s and it was an okay storyline. The narration is duet and I love it, Jason Clarke is the MMC and his voice is HAF🫦I love him as for Callie she was just okay not my favorite. I hated the MFM scene😑I’m not into having multiple sex partners it’s just not my thing I feel like it’s cheating. I know, I know, it’s not like that when everyone is consensual it just feels wrong to me so I didn’t like that part of the book thankfully it’s not too repetitive. The ending is rather abrupt and it’s another HFN ugh. Is it worth the credit? Yes, if only to listen to Jason Clarke❣️💋
