Audible Personal Trainer!!

Andrew Hudson has written a really good book and Nathan Brown does a great job narrating it. I felt like i had my own Audible Personal Trainer.

So for many years i have been searching for a workout that I can get done within my busy schedule that will create more muscle mass, and burn away all my lazy fat!!! The workout outlined by Mr. Hudson certainly covers all those bases for me. It can be done in less than 30 minutes per day and turns my body into a fat burning machine by cranking up my metabolism.

I am really enjoying the workouts and look forward to finally sticking with it !!!!

Your very own at-home PT

This was a highly motivational listen that I used and enjoyed. As a personal trainer, high intensity circuit training was always my go-to weight-loss method with both men and women, so I was pretty impressed with this third book in the series which provides advanced yet achievable fitness goals and exercises that are doable from home. Although it is for more experienced folks, it still covers all basics, which makes it accessible to everyone. If you're trying to get fit from your home, I reckon this one's a must.

Knowledgeable and motivational

I liked this book, High intensity circuit training. I am in sport most of the life. I believe this programme is highly effective, obviously you need a time to see results. However, most results are coming from hard training, persistent, and courage. Every man wants great body, every woman wants toned shape. But in most of the time, that's not the case. When you listen throughout the book, you will understand that, results are coming from combination of 1, 2, 3, 4. 5 tasks. Enormous amounts of exercises presented in this book, having discipline, mental thoughtfulness, appropriate diet, amount of calories daily for certain trainings, etc. Personally I am not overweight. But how many people would love to be in better shape. This book is good guild to follow including your own hard push...

More than just circuit training.

This book turned out to be more than I anticipated. I thought it was going to be just about circuit training and I am pleased to say that it included so much more. As somebody who has spent years training, it was a great asset in the sense that there was so much more included. For example healthy food choices and motivation. It has made me curious about the other books in the series.

I have listened to a ton of fitness books recently, and this one is my favorite. I liked that the author's tone was powerful and educational. I also thought all the information was laid out in a clear and conscious way. The section on escaping your comfort zone really opened my eyes. I am looking forward to doing more home workouts.

Clear Explanations and Effective Workouts

I just finished listening to the audiobook on High-Intensity Circuit Training, and I have to say, it's exactly what I was looking for. The explanations of the exercises and routines were clear and concise, making it easy for me to follow along. Great Book

This is an amazing book very good for newbies in the circuit training. You start by warming up , making sure one is eating healthily and complete routine self care activities. The author has done a good job in researching in the topic and putting the book together.Grab a copy of this book if you intend to live a active and healthy life.

Great stuff!

Excellent book to increase aerobic conditioning. 9 broken down in explaining relevant information, guidance on high-intensity circuit training, warming up wisely, and the mindset to start. The Author reminds the reader/listener of the potential injuries that can be managed during training. Awareness of our own body is the may key after checking it out. It's great stuff for the matter!
