Yes, I'd recommend this book to anyone. There is a wealth of information contained in this book. So many good takeaways. Best of all it's dense in substance, but it's easily digestible.What did you like best about this story?

One reaction I had to this book is Dave makes claims about his products. One claim in particular that Bulletproof Coffee is low toxin. While I tend to believe Dave regarding his coffee why not just test popular brands and share the data? It really is frustrating to have to take Dave's word for it without backing it up with accessible data comparing Dave's products with national brands.Any additional comments?
