1 Star is Generous

1. The reading was so poor-so removed of emotion- that I swore it was automated...until I heard the gulp and deep breath between sections.
2. As of Chapter 2. There was little discussion of 'happiness'. The subjects leaned more toward the theme that your to do items are of little to no importance near the end of your to do list because they clearly do not yield many benefits. That's a wide brush there, don't you think?
3. I lost my attention span after the first 5 minutes. I suffered through two more Chapters. Save the time. Move on.
