Helpful for my gut health

Power packed !

This is just a great book! Because it packs in a large amount of valuable gut health information into a very short read.
So, basically, every word was important.

Wonderful audiobook!

This audiobook has extremely important information on the gut and how so many things can affect it. I think most people already have an unhealthy diet and then add on stress which makes things very tough on the gut and its overall health. That's why it's important to listen to audiobooks like this that can really boost your health and save you from having potential health problems.

Great!

I value my health and this is a perfect reminder and pick me up of how I can heal my body starting with the gut. Today there is so much of fast and easy food that’s not the healthiest. I love this audio! Whenever I start to neglect my health, I’m going to listen !

A must read

I absolutely loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on optimizing digestion and having a healthy gut. I remember taking probiotics and watching what kind of aliments we ate. Still, this book has so much more information and explanations on how it made a difference in our bodies. Great book

This book may be short but it is jam packed with loads of useful information. I have suffered with gut problems all of my adult life. This book has taught me all about how diet and stress out a huge strain on your gut which can lead to all sorts of problems and unpleasant side effects. My diet was always quite healthy but I have learnt some further foods to avoid and how to better manage my stress levels for a healthy gut
