Eat Good & Feel Great!
I started off this new year wanting to do and eat better for my gut health. Due to my stress/anxiety, I've always had issues with my gut health and eating things that make me feel worse instead of better. The author provides tasty and easy recipes for gut health nourishment. She truly knows how to pair ingredients for great meals and I cannot wait to try all of these out! The meals seem easy enough to incorporate into my busy daily schedule. I am sending this book to everyone I know over 40 in my life.

Awesome guide!
This guide is so easy to follow, I really liked it. It would not only help you lose some weight in the process but your gut would feel so much better if you have been having some issues with it like inflammation or minor pain after eating. I really recommend it.

Great listen!
Beautifully narrated by Natasha Cosme! I really found this book helpful, because as we get older it seems like gut health becomes more and more difficult to manage. I thought Lara West did a great job of explaining the effects of the different types of food groups that are considered healthy and how that could translate to you feeling better or feeling worse. Especially the tip on slowly increasing or decreasing our fiber to reduce discomfort. It seems like I am always all out or all in on healthy eating which can make things worse. This book definitely helps break everything down for better decision-making!

Great info & recipes!
I really liked learning about fiber, prebiotics, and metabolism. But I like to eat and the author includes a bunch of delicious recipes. I already tried the ginger carrot soup (amazing) and the cozy pear fennel soup!! Next I’ll try the smoothies. And the PDF is included which is great for me.
