Highly recommended one

These meditations will guide you out of stress and will provide the calmness you desire, better to listen to just before bed or in the morning, personally I do both!

Wonderful narrations and set of meditations

I see myself using this regularly. If you haven't meditated in a while and need a way to get back into it, I think this is a quick way to dip the feet in the water, and start getting them wet again! Eases you in effortlessly and so many meditations to choose from- there's no excuse not to make it a daily practice.

Definitely worth the listen

I enjoy all the products by this artist. Her voice has a very calming effect for anyone who may be feeling stressed or overwhelmed by the realities of daily living,and it also offers some excellent affirmations that anyone would find quite useful/beneficial.

One of the best Meditations that I have purchased from Amazon. Highly recommend. Kaizen is clear, monotone and focused. I listen every night and fall asleep within 10 to 15 minutes.

Highly recommended

In my experience, many clients required more foundational training before moving forward with their mindfulness practice. The resources in Tarrant’s Neuromeditation book offer guidance, as well as a framework that will help psychotherapists identify and teach their clients from a scientific basis why and how each meditation style can help them, in a manner that makes it easy to practice and engage with step by step instructions.

This audible is one of the best!

It makes so much intuitive sense, and yet no one has put meditation/mindfulness styles together with mental health diagnoses in this way before, tailoring the meditation style to the specific diagnosis for the most targeted approach. This is an exciting new area, and I plan on using this immediately with my clients.
