Still loving this series!

I loved everything about this book. The story, writing style and narration were all great. I'm on to the next in this series!

Engaging

The series continues with Harley Rose and Lionel Danner. The story interweaves the present with the past, the love between them and their families and the choices they make-whether good or bad. Tony Duran is an amazing narrator; Lucy Rivers wasn’t as memorable.

I honestly didn’t necessarily have a voice in mind for Danner and HR so, kudos to Lucy and Troy for bringing these two characters to life!

If you’re only interested in listening to this book, I have to say that I would highly recommend that you read/listen to the 2 books prior to this one before delving into this book because there’s a lot of backstory that I feel you would appreciate more if you read the other books. BUT Giana does a great job of integrating previous info into the current book so, technically, you won’t miss too much.

Loved it!

This was a great listen! I loved the story and the characters so much! I also loved the performance by the narrators, it was so well done!

Gahhhh this series is freaking everythingggg. I absolutely adored Lion and Harleigh Rose, the back and forth, the angst, the spice, it was all so dang good. I really loved the plot of this one too, infiltrating the rival club and taking them down from the inside was *chef's kiss*

My only complaint was that the timeline was a bit hard to follow at times... I feel like had I physically read this one it may have been easier, but trying to piece everything together chronologically left me a bit bewildered at times.

Wrath was amazing. I kept seeing people mention wanting his story and all I could think was why in earth would you want a rival club's story? But listening to this story, I finally understood. That man is a god among men and deserves a story right along with the rest of the Fallen Men.

The audio was so good. Jason Clarke was incredible and I loved Lucy Rivers too. It also includes the Fallen Son bonus story at the end, so yay!

One of the best

Giana Darling is a fantastic writer. Her stories are filled with poetic lines, beautifully flawed characters, and enough steam to keep things interesting. For someone like me- who snacks on romance novels for release from a high pressure job- I can say she is one of the best.

I swear these books keep making me cry. I ALREADY KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN but that doesn't change anything LOL

I think this book out of all of the fallen men books hits me the most. Probably because Hero is my absolute fav... but this book is so action packed, I cant imagine anyone could ever be bored while reading it (unless MC romance and action isnt your thing, which would be totally valid)

Danner I think is one of my most favorite (human) characters of the fallen men. he stands for what is right no matter if it is on the cops side or the MC side.... and the way he takes care of HR... swoon.

okauuurrrr daddy danner i hear you!!! phewwww he was soooo hot!!! i seriously didn’t think it could get hotter from those garro men with kings filthy ass mouth & zeus being called daddy….BUT FUCKKKK!!! danner putting hr over his knee & spanking her 🐱?? it’s making me question…things! but fr this story, the plot twists…the betrayal, but the loyalty under it all? it was everything!!
