Very Encouraging
I have struggled with my weight for 20 years now and basically one of those people who thinks it’s not possible for them. I have enjoyed listening to this audiobook, it is so much more than just diet. Amazing listen!
There are tons of diet books out there, but none can compare to this book. If you have been on diets on and off most of your life, seriously consider listening this book. It's a whole different approach to finding out WHY you may be having the yo-yo diet syndrome. There are a lot of reasons people gain weight, but how often have you heard that it may be "because you feel too much". This may sound too far out for some of you, but there is truth in that statement.
