Good story, but lacking
This book had a good start and then a rushed ending. The middle was quite confusing. I loved the Scottish setting, which was why I gave it a go, but the story was hard to follow and over before I knew it.

Disjointed and Confusing
I loved the narrators, but this was a confusing story to follow. The end, when you'd expect everything to come together and be explained, was so disjointed it left me saying: "what the heck just happened" and not in a good way. The story had great potential but in my opinion it fell short.

Hard to follow
I loved the narrators, the story for me however was hard to follow. Bouncing around and until the end (last 30 minutes) I did not understand why. I really did not “get it”. I so badly wanted to love this. Just wasn’t for me.

From Salt to Skye to my heart!
I loved this book! It was a shocker for me, as I had never read anything else by Adults really iane Leigh fl author! Omg she narration is out of this world. I don’t see how they creep straight all the different voices for such a cohesive author. Sarah Sampino, as always, great job, enjoyed watching in TikTok as well as listening here. John Lane, your voice is amazing too! Thank you for your ever shifting voices!
