Maybe my favorite book by Mike
I’ve read (listened to) almost all of Mike’s books, and this I believe is my favorite so far, and I think probably is where people should start if they are new to Mike Michalowicz. This one was super practical, especially for me and where I am in the life of my business. I’ll be getting the hard copy soon so I can go back through and start applying everything.

This was not one of my favorite books by Mike Michalowicz but I can totally see the extreme value. One thing I did love about this book was how much Profit First was talked about. I highly recommend this book to every entrepreneur and business owner.

Simple Concept Trying To Fit For Every Business
The BHN has a good amount of value. Another way to focus in on specific weaknesses and help your business run better. The stories help you get the concept but it begins to step forward toward a you can do mentality with a bias against simply having a profitable business.
The author brings energy and his commitment to processes. The difficult part is it's theory, Sure a business that has a process is more likely to succeed, but how much more. The process is similar to other books on the topic but focus is focus.
The book is over when it starts to move to the give stage or rather by separating the two. Just like Maslow's hierarchy of needs it's a fluid process and in trying to fit the next thing it's easy to see how the give portion can get ignored. It's all important for everyone because if you don't have an impact why do people work for you?
The book was solid in the meat of it but the beginning and the end were a little dense and seemed to drag respectively. The idea is solid, in a book it likely could be simpler and perhaps the physical book is just that. I can only speak on the audio version.
