The newest barista at the Busy Bean is about to steam the place up....

Slow Burn
If you are into 8.5 hours of a man doing everything as stupidly as you possibly can while having an internal dialogue that makes you want to hit him with a hammer this is the book for you. I was so excited for this book I could hardly stand it and now I’m so angry I probably won’t sleep. I felt badly for both main characters but I was left feeling broken and empty. Figuring it out in the end isn’t enough but if that’s your jam the narration was excellent and it does end well. I probably disconnect because I always feel people who love and rescue animals understand unconditional love.

Favorite in the series!
Don’t need to listen to the others in the series to listen to this one.
So cute! No over the top love scenes, very mild spice, but all the good warm fuzzies of a relatable love story. No fake relationship, or billionaire boss, just some average joes who fall in love.

So, So Good
There have been a few books in this multi-author series that I have regretted buying - THIS BOOK IS GREAT, and made me happy I stuck with the Busy Bean universe. The characters have depth, the story is interesting and makes sense, you get the amazing Vermont farm world Sarina B is so good at writing from Delaney Stewart, and it was just great. A slow burn romance not without it's heartache, but so, so worth the ride. I hope to read Amelia and Kevin's sequel soon! Enjoy!
