Female wasn’t an idiot

I like strong female leads. I have read a lot of stories where the female lead is supposed to be strong but she turns out to be an idiot and a brat. This character was actually relatable. I liked the ending but was hoping the archaic traditions were dealt with.

Fighting to the Death

I like the story. I like that there’s a proper ending too. The AI voice was flat though. This story would be better with actual people reading it. The storyline was easy to follow and there are so moments of frustration, but overall great story.

Ai is flat.

Story would have been much more interesting if voices had feelings. I would perfer human voices.

Great story slow start

I had read a review saying the first chapter was slow and I give it a try. This is a GREAT story! I’m happy I kept going. Character build up was the right amount. A few spicy scenes.

What stood out the most

I swear this book was just like The selection but with wolves. That was disappointing. And I looked into the author. It is not 1 but a team of writers that makes me wonder even more about the writing.

Fated Mates

A descent shifter romance with likable characters, action, a bit of mystery & romance.
I would prefer to have read this because of the flat Ai narration. Even that would have been improved if Ai could at least distinguish a difference between male & female characters. I found it difficult to follow who was speaking.
Good plot that would have been better by tying up loose ends like clarifying who was behind the pack dismissal notification & attempted murder.
Delving more deeply into story elements like this would have enhanced the book. In contrast, towards the end I found the heroines continuous misgivings to be unrealistic given their previous interactions. Overall, I can recommend it as a pleasant escape from reality.

Easy to Listen to, Not very exciting

The plot was paper thin, all the twists seen about a mile away. Many items just put in and not developed, such as the explosion. Overall, a good listen on a long car trip. The spicy level was very tame but there.

Great Listen!

Although I’m not fond of virtual narration, this voice did not irritate me. I really enjoyed the story.

Grow up

Bachelor meets werewolves. Story drags on in the middle while the ladies slowly get eliminated. By the end of the story I start to question if they should even be together because of how insecure and childish they are.

Good Book

Overall the book was good. I would have loved to hear a human narrator to express the emotions and change the tempo with the characters. Good job.
