Story was fine. I didn't like how immature the "alpha" appeared. I often thought of stopping. I finished it. The virtual voice not so good.

Could be a good listen if it was narrated by a human.

I couldn’t finish listening to the book due to the virtual narration. It took away from the character building (especially the male character).

I really enjoyed the storyline. It’s a totally different take on a werewolf story. Kept me listening and entertained. Even the virtual voice was pretty good.

Get rid of virtual voice you ruin the whole book using that ! It’s hard to tell who’s talking

Good story, with little twist, but I enjoyed, I think just need to be read by a person but still good story.

don't care how the narrators voice is the same through out the book, had a difficult time figuring out what carater was talking

its a rough draft of a story the way it reads.... it could've been great with more effort but I really didn't like it.

Decent story

Story was ok, seemed to miss the mark when it came to Saffron. Just my opinion. I absolutely hate the virtual voice recordings. There is no depth to the voices. No inflection. No rise and fall, no distinction between male and female voices in the characters. It’s Horrible!!!

I enjoyed the story, but the virtual voice ruined it for me.

I hate the virtual voice for this. It lacked any sort of emotion, literally sounded like the robot it is, and mispronounced words even after just reading the word correctly. Story itself was decent, but the voice definitely made it hard to enjoy it as much as other books who used real voice acting/readers/performers.

Passable

Audible's Virtual Voice needs a lot of work and detracts from every book they use it on. Emphasis plays an important part in imparting meaning and VV falls short. The author created a basic story but the plot really needed a lot more development. A lot of questions were not answered in the story so had to be wrapped up in an Epilogue. The characters needed to be fleshed out. They were all pretty flat. Also, relationships could have been better developed to create a more interesting story.
