the flavor of content in this book gave me a sort of permission that I didn't know I needed assuring my deeper self that's its safe to allow all those scary emotions to rise up and be experienced.

I'm a writer and therapist and now this is my newest add-on for the "Do it yourself" therapy that I help clients do. Wonderfully entertaining while being filled with usable, easily doable techniques. I do "Warrior Goddess" training and along with the fun fabulous book "Pussy!" it's a way in to the power of being present and happy in the "The Now." Doesn't let you wallow in the entitled Victim-hood of old fashioned talking therapy. Wish I'd written this, but I'm happy Carolyn did!

Loved her ideas & I completely agree with all. I do not know what I was getting myself into on recommendation for this book by a friend & as a sexual transformation educator myself I knew I had to at least give it a try. I feel so happy I did. Carolyn has done just that. She has truly helped me to get unstuck on my journey of life. I now understand this so called shadow work. I was warned about uncovering my dark side. I will no longer fear my shadows. With child-like excitement and play, I embrace my shadows now.
