Best meditation
This evening meditation is wonderful. If I wasn’t sitting outside under the moon I probably would have done just the suggestion. This is a great end of the day meditation.

a lasting gift to myself
i have had to this on cd for years but haven't had a cd player for the past 2 uears. i used to listen to it at least 3 times a week. it is a great way to release anything from the day that might tug on my mind at bedtime and delay or prevent sleep as well as an enjoyable way to keep the chakras in good working order. i am grateful to be reunited with this recording. it is back in regular rotation for mu bedtime routine. i highly recommend by will be difficult if you are a not already familiar with the chakras and have some meditation experience. i do the physical movements at the beginning while im already in bed; though she says while standing it works just fine.
