Awesome book series

Grat series of books a lot of up and down with the main character and some good laughs too well written and can’t what until audible has the other book in the series 7 - 11 out also

A descent story

It was a good story. It definitely has lots of slow parts. I never had a hard time stopping listening to do something else. So it wasn’t one of those book that you don’t want to stop listening. Worth a listen if you have the time.

Enthralling read

Definitely took about a book and a half to get sucked in but I was completely hooked from there. Narration was perfect and pronunciation was consistent through all 6 books (pet peeve of mine). Overall a great listen and I hope we get the audiobooks for 7-11 soon!

was A,Hard Start

I had to make myself listen to the first book without quitting and returning the book set. However, I learned from other books that didn't grab me from the beginning; they did get better the further in I got. the same is true with this series.
Although this author is no Diana Gabaldon or other authors of that calibre, he isn't half bad.
What I found a bit frustrating was the fact it took me listening to several book to find out what Karian looks like. the first book mentioned wings. Another book stated she had a tale. Book six stated the color of her skin. Also, it doesn't say anything about how humans got to this world or when they arrived there. There are many holes in the book that you need to just move on from. unfortunately, this series ends at book 6 on Audible so the rest of the series you will have to read on your own.
