Essential Life Skills for Teens

A great book for teenagers going through adolescence. There are a lot of things teens go through, but I think they don't seem to grasp self-awareness and this book covers that. Teens today really don't think before they do therefore suffering in consequences. Growing up day is way different than when I did but I believe this book would be a huge value to any teen beginning out in life.

What teens need to hear!

The world we live in is much different than the one I grew up in. a great book

This is definitely a great book for my teenage son to pick up a few things for real life. There are a lot things discussed in the book, like how to social, deal with stress and responsibilities and things. These are not the things we discussed a lot at home, or he would do at school. So this is a great book to really let him face these things and realize the importance of these things in life. When you're little people have more tolerance with you, but when you grow to a certain age, you have to be responsible for yourself. I'm glad I listened to this audiobook with my son together. and we really enjoyed our time together.
