WOW!! Whitney G at her most twisty self!
I LOVED THIS NEW SIDE OF WHITNEY G! If I though this woman could write, this story cements it even more. This is a storyline filled with so much more than romance, great characters and solid plotting. There are so many twists and turns that it keeps you guessing. The perspective in the POV of the characters telling the stories is fantastic! Very refreshing and very well executed. The audio book is even more fantastic with Joe Arden & Muffy Newtown, making this dangerous high-stakes story one that is engaging and unputdownable. An overall A+

Wow! unconventional, but riveting.
Not you typical love story, but intriguing none the less. Sexy alpha male, strong heroine (for the most part). Interesting story elements.
Definitely a winner.

Unbelievable plot twist!!!
Seriously Whitney G, you are a weird genius. I can honestly see any of the plot twists coming and as they unfolded I was left dumbstruck! Meredith and Michael had crazy chemistry so I just thought they would have a mostly smooth transition in their HEA but boy I was wrong. This was deliciously good in a crazy demented way. There was murder plot, kidnapping, a dark underworld hot steamy romance and the entire kitchen sink. Yes, this story was that crazy. You’re a Genius Whitney and the narrators were outstanding!

Loved every single moment!
That was absolute insanity and utter perfection! Whitney did an amazing job writing this story! These are shorter books, but they lack NOTHING! The angst, mystery, spice... just everything! The plot be plotting. I'm frikkin obsessed! I am in love with Meredith and Micheal 🖤 they're perfect. Just perfect. Could literally not have asked for a better ending 🖤

Just as Good!
Great read and listen. I was invested from beginning to end. Enjoyed this departure from the normal HEA. Muffy and Joe did an outstanding job bringing these characters to life. Definitely recommend this book.
