A GUIDEBOOK FOR YOUR INNER JOURNEY

If you’re curious about developing and exploring your inner senses, this may be the book for you.
This was gifted to me by a fellow author and I have to say, as a Christian, much of what is discussed in this book is anathema to my beliefs. But I want to be fair about what I found in listening to this book. IMHO, too many people seek power without responsibility, and this is something you’ll want to consider before possibly lighting a powder keg of unpleasant karma with some of the practices in this book. That said, let’s take a look at a few of the things covered.
Learning to trust our inner senses takes practice. We all receive non-verbal information on a daily basis, but often, our 5 senses are clamoring so loudly that we miss messages that might otherwise be helpful to us. That’s where meditation and prayer come in. Various aspects of these ancient practices are addressed in this book, and if you’re a dilettante, you’ll find more than enough to keep you fascinated throughout.
You can learn to tune into auras (we are, after all, bio-electric life forms inducing a field effect) and who hasn’t encountered an “energy vampire”: the kind of person that leaves you feeling drained and exhausted? Being able to shut that negative energy off is worth the price of admission.
Crystals do indeed, possess useful and healing energies, but I feel the focus on talismans and amulets is kind of, well, 14th century. But you do you.
The guided meditations will be helpful in quieting the mind, as any meditation practice will do, and a regular habit of meditation does wonders for body, mind and spirit.
I think for the average person, you will find this to be a fascinating and entertaining book.
My advice? Get it and find out for yourself if it’s your cup of tea (but be sure to save the tea leaves to read them later.)

Simply fascinating!

When I did the "Now, discover your strength" testing a few years ago, my number one strength happened to be the Empath. Honestly, I didn't know what to do with it other than being aware of the reason why I often "feel" other people's feelings and to be uncomfortable about them. Then I came across this audiobook and it changed everything for me. I now see my strength as a superpower that I can use to help people, as well as myself, in so many ways. It literally teaches all the skills to use this power. I will need to listen to it a hundred times and practice a lot, in order to learn all the amazing information presented in the book, but it's easy to do because it's so interesting, and the narration is superb.

Enlightening!

Being able to explore your psychic ability, and tapping into your inner spirit, is something I look to achieve. This book is very thorough in explaining how you can connect with your spirit, and how you can enhance the energy that you have by protecting yourself from what the book deems as "energy vampires". This a perfect guide to helping you understand your inner power and inner self.

Tap Into Your Power

This is the perfect audiobook for those of us that are highly sensitive and intuitive. There are tolls and tips for tapping into your senses to better harness your intuitive and psychic abilities. And there is a ton of bonus content - I particularly liked the section with a guided meditation intended to help you tap into the spiritual world. Highly recommend this book!

Helping to Harness Our Gifts & Take to Next Level

Whether you're a beginner or wanting to develop your already known gifts, this book has everything you need to take your abilities to the next level. As a qualified energy alignment coach I wanted to learn more about telepathy to help myself and clients. Chapters 3 & 4 did not disappoint as the author Zach Apple thoroughly explained what telepathy is, how to use it, and provided examples of how you could practice this skill easily. Every chapter was in-depth and explained clearly, helped by the narration of Stephanie Harris who went at a perfect pace to absorb the information. Highly recommended if your curious about Psychic abilities or want to achieve the next level in your gifts.

Enlightening!

I have to admit this is not a typical book I listen to, the woo-woo title pulled me in, and it was easy to listen to. This book is great for anyone seeking to expand their horizons and has an amazing guided meditation.

Excellent resource for highly sensitive people!

The author has done a masterful job of bringing together the concepts of intuition, telepathy, meditation, auras and other spiritual tools. He explains how highly sensitive people can use these tools to produce a sense of calm and enlightenment. I particularly liked how he used the meditation section at the end to give the listener an opportunity to practice the skills presented in his book. If you're an empath, you will find this audiobook valuable.

I learned a lot from this book!

Before listening to this book, I knew nearly nothing about psychic abilities and always thought it was a bunch of "hocus pocus." This book did a very good job of explaining the different types of empathic and psychic abilities, how to practice and hone them as skills, tools to use, etc... I was surprised to find out that many of these abilities are things we all naturally have but just aren't in tune to. As a Christian, some of the elements in this book are things I don't buy into, but it was a great introduction to the topic, well laid out and presented, well narrated, and interesting. I highly recommend to anyone interested in the subject.

Inspiring

I do not identify as an empath but have a number of friends who do, so I picked up this book to be able to better understand an support them. It did not disappoint. It was an illuminating experience and I learned a lot about being able to better attune to my body and emotions to listen to my intuition. This book includes over an hour of music in the conclusion to help put the learned skills into an immediate meditation practice.
