I needed this!

I have two sons who struggle with mental health, and parenting them has been HARD. A Must-Read for Parents (and Future Parents)

I wish I had read this sooner! My experience as a non-parent allowed me to gain tremendous insight from this book. The book provided me with a thorough understanding of my emotional responses and how they would affect the dynamics within a family. Relationship and Emotion

Parenting is authoritarian, and I can use some skills to assist me in household conflict and build stronger family relationships. This audiobook will one day prepare me to teach my kids how to manage emotional stress. Of course, we need to work on it to overcome it. The best time to respond to emotional stress is through audiobooks with great tips and practical skills to help us build relationships with family and friends. I like the narrator’s voice. Finally, Strategies That Work!
