I definitely would recommend it to anyone who is unhealthy and suffer chronic conditions and I am convinced this diet will work for them. However, I am a very healthy fitness enthusiast and the recommended amount of protein of 50g a day has simply been suggested by many high quality researches to be insufficient in order to have the body I would like to have. And I simply cannot eat that much vegetables a day to get the 120g of protein for body building.I would say if you are perfectly healthy and want to look like a fitness model, skip the book because it will not help you to achieve the dream body you want. And just eat as much as vegetables you can each day on top of your normal meat intake. This book proposed a very radical eating approach because it aims to restore health among people with those serious chronic cardiovascular diseases. If you want to be more cautious, replace some of your animal source of protein with plant based protein such as peas and beans.
