About this listen

The complete series in a single offering!

Develop my team, dive the dungeons, and don’t ever stop.

I’ve always wanted to conquer the Big 5 dungeons ever since one of them took the life of my father nearly fifteen years ago. Nobody ever said the Path of Progression was easy, but my burning desire to dive can’t be quenched. I just never thought I’d be prohibited from getting a diving license just because I tried to help a bratty blonde girl get hers.

Soon, we’re joined by a lovely brunette bookworm, and we start diving the dungeon on our own terms. As it turns out, I have a few abilities that greatly increase our chances of actually finishing the Path, leading to a life of fame and luxury. Others soon notice the power I’m building though, and they’ll do anything to stop us.

I will conquer the Path of Progression with the help of my stunning companions.

That is unless the dungeon, or my secret enemy, kills me first.

This story contains action/adventure sequences, stat sheets for the main characters, and some slice-of-life elements.

250 books 1st review ever, and it's a warning

level progression doesn't mean anything.... their are bones of a decent story here... every negative review is spot on... 6 books for 1 credit is worth it. but definatly listen at 1.2 speed... 1.0 is horrible.

Oh yes!

This was a fantastic bundle. It sure did eat up my long roadtrip and now I am moving onto the author's other work.

What ?

every time I thought maybe this MC was growing in understanding the authors would dash that. if it wasn't an omnibus I would feel ripped off. Maybe the voice actors should watch a fantasy movie or two to hear how words in the genre are pronounced.

One of the best series IMO

I won’t lie, I’m Biased towards Dungeons, Harems, and OP MCs. With that being said, it is a great book, a perfect blend of Action, Adventure, suspense and spicy moments.

There were a few times where the plot seems like it’s getting stretched, but that’s to be expected when it’s the complete series. Characters were great, voice readers were good, I wasn’t a fan of Mira’s “accent” it felt forced and kinda sounded like Mickey Mose but again it’s nothing that would deduct a star. Overall it is a series that I can immerse myself in each time I read it, and that’s ultimately what I look for in a book.

Did the character levels even matter?

I struggled to see the relation of character level to his challenges? MC was given an edge, yet he always barely overcame his challenges.

LitRPG + Harem

If you like litrpg, you’ll probably like it.

Biggest gripe with the series are the moments of character stupidity. We’re talking unrealistically dumb. Like sobbing and having a distracting conversation in the middle of a high intensity battle. It’s not constant but the unrealistically dumb moments increase along with the characters’ increasing Intelligence stats. Odd

female voice actor

Story was entertaining no problems there but female voice actor will be avoided in the future. Usually they do normal voices for the main female characters then some strange/different ones for the random girls thrown in but this was the opposite picked the strangest “accents” for the main girls luckily there wasn’t any chapters dedicated to a female point of view

the narrators were the only redeeming quality of this book

the story was horrible they want to make it seem like there is magic and growth in power when all you really get out of this book is sex. I mean they literally decide to be a harem on day two I think and then the third girl who's whole party just died is apparently sexually attracted the protagonist out of nowhere. and he goes from wanting to comfort her to looking at her like a piece of meat it's honestly disgusting.

Definitely the worst book I’ve gotten on audible

The story is horrifyingly bad with inconsistent world building, no stakes, incredibly one dimensional stereotypes of characters and melodramatic dialogue. The performance is atrocious, with some of the silliest accents ever. Also the choice the actress made for the voice of Mira is probably the all time worst acting choice. This was free and I want my money back

unexplained nonsense

The author continually has magic act oddly or people act oddly and never explains any of it.
example, humans entering a safe zone that monsters can't enter, except the assassin also can't enter. Why not? They're human. But everyone just takes it as an assumption they can't enter with no explanation of why. Those types of things are EVERYWHERE. The banter is the only good thing about the series. The plot and character choices are total nonsense you're expected to never question at all, else absolutely all of it falls apart.
