This book was everything I expected & more!!!
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in gaining their health back from chronic illness. Ton of valuable information you will not be dissapointed. Also check out "The Gerson Therapy" by Charlotte Gerson if you have any chronic disease like cancer, arthritis, eczema or even migrain headaches (virtually any disease). Thank you Dr Andrew Saul for writting this book.

Tons of good info!
Many said it’s repetitive, so what! Most of us don’t remember basic things…I’m very much into holistic health and read many books on self healing and still found this book very helpful.

You really need to listen to this remarkable Ph.D.
Dr. Saul explains beautifully, howe most so-called mental disorders can be treated with correct amounts of supplements, making a very effective case for Niacin, Vitamin C, and supplements like L-Tyrosine. Orthomolecular biology is so incredibly useful, as explained by a scholarly, bold researcher.

Enjoyed all the little gems of info
I enjoyed learning about this gentleman’s s
experiences with respect to the use of vitamins to support and restore health. Despite having alternative views with respect to meat and fat, I found his presentation valuable and appreciate the author’s sincere desire to support optimal health through nutrition. I also align with his view that maintaining the terrain is more valuable and serves us better than going to war on germs. Thank you.

So much information. Been following Saul since I seen him in Food Matters. Would’ve loved to have been a student of his and listened to his lectures. A lot of what he says makes sense to me.
