Great start to a fun adventure!
Reminiscent of Homebody by Orson Scott Card, this story about someone buying a fixer-upper and getting WAY more than bargained for has been a true joy to listen to. I'll be looking forward to more from these authors in the future.

Slice of life relaxation
Quite the enjoyable slice of life, plus adding the MC as a DIYer and I'm super happy. The premise was new to me, the monster girls were not the typical go to monster/fantasy ladies. The narrator's did a great job and it was a first for me to listen to either of them, hope they continue with more great books in the genre.
