Hopeful

The soothing narration and relaxation techniques help me fall asleep faster—and even I found myself dozing off quicker than with my usual white noise. It's too early to notice weight loss, but the calm it brings is already worth it. Definitely something we’ll keep using!

Immediate Results for Sleep & Anxiety

I felt the benefits of this book almost immediately. My sleep improved within the first few nights, and my anxiety levels have dropped significantly. I’m also eating healthier without even trying

So relaxing!

I’ve tried plenty of different diets and exercise routines but I’ve struggled to be able to see any tangible results from it. This book has the power to help me because it does what most advice can’t and that’s target the subconscious mind. Even if you’re a bit skeptical, you have nothing to lose by giving this a try!

deep sleep

Sleeping is important and lately, I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping, which might be due to stress without me realizing it. So it is good to read about it and fix your sleep issues before it worsens.

Surprisingly effective and relaxing

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this book turned out to be a great find. The author does a great job of guiding you through hypnosis techniques that feel natural and calming, not forced or gimmicky. The narrator’s voice is soothing, making it easy to relax and really absorb the suggestions. I’ve noticed small but positive changes in my sleep and mindset around food since listening.
