I cannot even begin to describe how much this changed my sleep! I get easily overwhelmed with anxiety I some times be up through the night, but this stories helped me a lot. The stories are quite unique in their theme, from magical creatures to relaxing adventures, causing my mind to focus on something other than stress. I adore this audiobook! That immediate sense of calmness, and whimsy, in the stories is enough to grab the reader, but Sallybeth’s narration is so soothing it easily puts you into a quiet trance. I’ve been a lifelong insomniac, but after only a few nights of listening, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in the quality of my sleep.
