This is a great book! It has a lot of interesting info. I love the fact that it got to the point, and didn't drag out the story. I would defiantly recommend this book to anyone that wants to learn more about people.

This is a very useful and informative book.

It’s great for leaders of all levels and walks through some foundation things and then gets into how to actually establish trust with your direct reports. As in “say this” and “do this”. It is a very practical guidebook. I used an entire highlighter on every nugget I found - some pages are entirely highlighted!
